Improved Small Group Minister

For over eight years, I have been a Small Group Pastor at my local church. I have been a Senior Pastor now for a little over two years. However, the training I received here at Christian Leaders Institute to complete the Ordained Small Group Minister ordination has actually given me more confidence as a leader. I feel that I am an improved small group minister after the classes at Christian Leaders Institute. God is opening doors in our ministry to expand the number of small groups we can have available to our community as part of our Urban Outreach.

The free ministry training from Christian Leaders Institute and the small group minister ordination with Christian Leaders Alliance has enabled me to become a more well-rounded leader. The other members of our ministry team have also grown through my sharing and mentoring from what I have learned at CLI to become more well-rounded leaders as well. We are now a more transparent ministry team as we work together in our ministry service. We are also more capable of building disciple fostering relationships in our small group ministry. I am excited to see how we will impact our community and our church through our ministry work here. I humbly ask you at Christian Leaders Institute to pray that we all continue our work both in love and in humility.
