Licensed Life Coach Minister
My name is Amberoysa King, CPRS, CAMS-1. Shortly after starting at Christian Leaders College for my degree, I found out that Christian Leaders Institute offered Life Coaching (Learn more about online Bible classes, Click Here). I decided to first start with becoming a Certifed Life Coach. Recently, I took one step further and became a Licensed Life Coach Minister (clergy). Life Coaching is something I have done in the past with many of the people I work with (without formal training). This was mainly in the recovery sector, those with addiction issues and mental health issues.
Recently my husband started his first ministry job as a Youth Pastor. I am excited to receive the Licensed Life Coach Minister credential with Christian Leaders Alliance. I know that, whether working with people inside the church or outside the church, I can complete the good works that God has laid out before me.
My Spiritual Journey
I gave my life to Christ at the age of 33. Before that, I struggled with many years of addiction and brokenness from my childhood. It was in a discipleship program in Richmond, Virginia, where I began my walk and relationship with the Lord. I remember praying that God would give me the heart of a servant. He did just that! My life is not my own, and I have a part to play in reaching the lost, spreading the gospel, and helping Christians through their walk with God. During the early stages of my walk, God surrounded me with other women. That is where I really noticed and believed that God had called me to work with women.
Licensed Life Coach Minister and More
At this current moment, I am almost finished with my Associate Degree in Christian Leadership. After that, I will work on my Bachelor’s Degree in Christian Leadership from Christian Leaders College. While obtaining my Bachelor’s Degree, I will have a concentration in Women’s Ministry.
This FREE ministry training is amazing! All of the instructors are full of knowledge and have truly worked hard to make the studies practical and understandable. I have told several people about CLI/CLC and will continue to do so because I believe in their mission, vision, and purpose!
“So Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors, and teachers, to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ.”
