Ordained Chaplain and Life Coach
My name is Adeline Oh, and I am a missionary along with my husband. The licensed wedding officiant is the first step on my journey at the Christian Leaders Institute and Alliance. Being ordained as a Chaplain and Life Coach are my next steps.
My Spiritual Journey
I came to know the Lord when I was 13 and was grounded in solid doctrine at the church I attended then. In time, when I became an adult, I questioned my faith and fell away for many years. When I discovered that I could no longer run away from God and was indeed hemmed in, Bible verses started coming to mind. So, I told the Lord, “If You are real, save me! If you aren’t real, then nothing can save me anyway!” I was in a bad place emotionally. The Lord led me to Revelations 3: 15-16. He told me that I had been lukewarm and cold. Now, if I genuinely wanted Him to do something with my life, He wanted all of me. Therefore, that night, I told Him that no matter the cost, I would follow Him.
I am proof that the Word of God does not return void. Despite years of not having opened the Bible, what was instilled in me when I was a teen returned to mind when I most needed it. It was also the first time I heard God speak to me. While I can say it has not been an easy journey following Him, and at times, even now, it is still not an easy journey. However, God has been and is faithful every step of the way!
Ordained Chaplain and Life Coach With CLI and CLA
I preach the Word regularly. Being a licensed wedding officiant through the Christian Leaders Institute and Alliance opens up more opportunities. It allows me to offer more to people while finding a different way to share the Gospel with those who might otherwise never hear the Word of God. My husband and I are local chaplains in the country we serve. Apart from being a wedding officiant, I would also like to be ordained as a chaplain and life coach through CLI and CLA. Another one of our ministries is counseling and mentoring couples. We also present relationship conferences to both the youth and young adults. Thank you for this opportunity. It is truly an enormous blessing to me.
