Wedding Officiant Skills Course Helped Me Say Yes
I am Dan King from Silverdale, Washington in the USA, and I thoroughly enjoyed the Wedding Officiant Skills course at CLI! When my brother asked me to officiate his wedding, I asked him if he wanted a Christian wedding. If he said “no” I would have said “no.” However, he and his fiancé had the desire for a Christian wedding. Therefore, I agreed to marry them.
At that point, I didn’t know about Christian Leaders Alliance as an option for licensing and ordination as a wedding officiant. However, I knew I wanted to find an organization like Christian Leaders Alliance as opposed to the popular ordination mills found online. What a blessing to find the Christian Leaders Alliance and Christian Leaders Institute!
The Wedding Officiant Skills course has, first of all, helped me in my walk with the Lord. It also strengthened my devotion to my wife of 33 years and prepared me for joining my brother and his fiancé in matrimony this coming July. I’ve used what I have learned to meet with them for pre-marriage ministry. Furthermore, it has been a real blessing to get to know them better as a couple. These meetings have not only helped us with the wedding plans, but have strengthened our relationship and our faith.
I look forward to the Lord using me as a Licensed Wedding Officiant. Further, I am thankful to Christian Leaders Alliance and Christian Leaders Institute and Pastor Henry Reyenga for the great teaching and ministry. Blessings!
