License to Officiate a Wedding
Obtaining my license to officiate a wedding with the Christian Leaders Alliance will allow me to offer myself to couples wishing to get married. It will also allow me to build a relationship with the couples, friends, and family. Through those relationships, I will have an opportunity to share my testimony and witness to them.
My niece asked me to officiate her upcoming wedding. Marriage is a big step. It is an honor to be a part of such an important day in a couple’s life. Recently, I surrendered to the call to ministry. Officiating a wedding is a part of ministry work. It is also a great opportunity to share what a biblical marriage is. My niece asking me to officiate for her was a good boost to motivate me to move forward in my studies.
I have had the opportunity to teach and preach in churches with family and friends. It is always a pleasure to share with people that are close to you. It is extraordinary to have the ability to be a part of something so special to two people. My niece asking me to officiate for her made me realize that being a minister is truly more than talking in front of people. It is showing ministry in everything that you do.
Study at CLI for a License to Officiate a Wedding
I was already enrolled and taking ministry training classes from Christian Leaders Institute (Learn more about online Bible classes, Click Here) when I was asked to perform the wedding. Because I don’t have a license to perform weddings, I started to research options. I was happy when I found the wedding officiant program at CLI since I am already participating in their programs.
The program for a license to officiate a wedding was very informative as well as biblically based. The class helped me understand the requirements of a wedding ceremony and prepare for becoming a wedding officiant. Furthermore, the program covers many topics in an easy-to-understand format. Like other classes I have taken at CLI, it offers me instruction from ministers with vast experience in the content they teach. Licensed by a biblically sound organization fits my goal to ensure all of my ministry activities are biblically based.
