Testimony of the Training at Christian Leaders Institute

Hello, my name is Levi Hlibichuk, and I live in Bismarck, North Dakota, USA.

As a little boy, my grandparents would read Bible stories to me and my brothers. Those moments planted seeds of faith in my heart, even though my personal relationship with God was very on-and-off Become Ordained in North Dakotaduring my teenage years.

Growing up, my father was involved in the “fast lifestyle,” which meant our house was often the center of parties, alcohol, and drugs. My brothers and I would have school the next morning and tried to maintain a sense of normalcy, even though our reality was anything but. We pretended to have a normal childhood, fooling many of our teachers and classmates.

As a young teenager, it was difficult to make sense of everything. There were moments of deep anger and confusion, often asking, “God, how could you let this happen to me?” It was a struggle to keep up the lies among friends and family who had no idea what was really going on in our household.

A New Chapter

Fast-forward to today, I am happily married to my wife, Destiny Hlibichuk, and we have a newborn son named Judah. Life is busy, but I am incredibly thankful for the opportunity to grow in my relationship with God.

Christian Leaders Institute (CLI) has been a tremendous blessing in this season of my life. Their at-your-own-pace classes allow me to balance my work, family, and studies. I am now able to focus on being the father I never had, a loving husband to my amazing wife who has always supported me, and a dedicated student of God’s Word.

I know I couldn’t handle all of this on my own. I thank God for walking with me every step of the way and for being so patient with me. He truly is a wonderful and merciful God.

I hope this letter finds you well, and I pray that you have a very blessed day.

Sincerely,
Levi Hlibichuk
