Funeral Minister Testimony
My name is David Worthington. I have lived in Kansas for most of my life and currently work as a first responder. About a year ago, God called me to become a Chaplain for first responders, and since then, I have been taking classes through Christian Leaders Institute. The only reason I have been able to complete these courses is because they are free—which is an absolute blessing!
This course will not only equip me to officiate funerals, but it will also help me minister to my fellow first responders, patients, and their families after the tragic loss of a loved one.
God has already used me as a vessel to speak to those going through traumatic events. Last year, I experienced a mental health crisis, and through that struggle, God has given me a heart for others facing similar challenges. Now, I want to help people know that they are not alone.
Taking this class has inspired me to continue my training—I now plan to earn my Chaplain license and then take the full Mental Health course offered through Christian Leaders Institute.
These free courses have had a profound impact on my life. I have experienced greater joy and a deeper understanding of who Christ is! If you have the opportunity, I highly encourage you to take some courses—you will NOT regret it!
Once I am financially able, I plan to give back to Christian Leaders Institute so that more people can pursue their journey of faith with God.
