Raising and Mentoring up revival leaders in Florida
My name is Frankie Lasalle, I was born in New York and resided there for about 17 years, moved to Puerto Rico for about 12 years and now reside in Kissimmee, FL.
I am currently an IT Engineer and certified as a Sig Sigma Greenbelt on process improvement. I am a husband of 12 years to my loving wife Anaisa who teaches special needs students on a pre-k level, and a proud parent of 4 boys and 1 girl.
I have recently realized that I had been ignoring my calling, God had to put a series of events together (more than a few times and in different aspects of my life) that I now realize are for the benefit of my life with Jesus. I had been an IT manager for many years and suddenly had certain situations presented to me at work that forced me to step down and I lost my passion to lead people, I now understand why, but I had been struggling deeply with it. My passion to lead people is ultimately meant to lead people to God, I am now finding the same passion I used to have in my renewed faith with an energy that I have never felt before.
I have been in and out of the church in my life, my parents are Catholics and I was kind of raised in a catholic household. I then visited the Adventist church during my teen years in which I was briefly involved with the worship service however shortly after I left the church for quite some time. In 2019 I visited the Christian church my wife was a member of (non-denominational), I almost instantly felt a connection with the church, members and our pastors. Shortly after they offered a Chaplain class to get certified and I joined, further interesting me in becoming a leader in the church. I am now an ordained chaplain and I thank God for using my wife to lead me back to Him.
Having access to these free courses allows me the opportunity that I would otherwise not had to gain further knowledge and prepare myself educationally to serve God. It will also assist me in teaching others the bible and ultimately to love God. Currently, the courses are helping me to create a curriculum as I am teaching Youth at my local church. My current goal is to become a pastor if this is God's plan for me.
On 1/12/2020 my pastors ask me if I was interested in being mentored by them to become a pastor and I accepted the offer, I am very excited about this opportunity.
On 2/26/2020 I finished my Deacon Minister Ordination course thanks to CLI, this institute has been a blessing for me and my spiritual growth. I am excited to have the opportunity to be ordained at the Harborside Church Clearwater on March 7th, 2020.
God is leading me down this wonderful path and I am forever grateful.
I will keep on adding to my profile as I embark on this new endeavor in hopes to inspire others.
