Ministry Dream

To minister through the power of the Holy Spirit to reach the lost and bring hope to a hurting world.

Ministry Journey

Michael Vititoe lives in Urbandale, Iowa a suburb of Des Moines. He has a loving wife, with 2 children who are their life. He is disabled from working in the towing industry for 25 yrs. He operated tractor-trailer wrecker and his primary focus was on accidents. He is a grandson of a long line of Pentecostal preachers of small country churches. He would be the first to answer the calling with a post-high school education. When he was first called to preach the gospel he got my feet wet preaching as guest speaker or evangelist. When God called him to pastor church he got scared and ran from God but God never let go, He used the mistakes of Michael choices to His glory.

He feels God is calling him to be minister to the bereaved and low income. He has a heart for those who have lost a loved one whether it be by natural death or tragedy. He wants to bring God's word into their lives to comfort and assure those affected by death. And use the death of a loved one or friend, to lead the lost to Christ.

Being a Ordained Officiant allows Michael to minister to people when they are searching for answers. He thinks people are searching for hope which we all know the only hope is that from Christ. In the time of bereavement, people are searching for a hope for themselves and the loved one that has passed. Bringing the word to these will allow him to plant the seed and harvest what I have not planted.

Read more of his testimony

"I grew up in church but didn't really establish a relationship with Jesus until I was nineteen. That is when I gave my life to Jesus, accepting Him as my Lord and Savior, and was baptized by full water emersion.

I am a firm believer that wisdom is key and an understanding is even more important (Proverbs 4:7). I earned my Ph.D. in 2008 and am an advocate for lifelong learning. I plan to use my training in a number of ways but in three that are of great importance and that are immediate goals. The first is to enhance my knowledge and skill sets as a pastor particularly in the areas of pastoral care, hermeneutics, and apologetics. The second is by example to encourage members of our ministry team and congregation to seek formal training and continuing education. The third is to evaluate the courses offered at Christian Leaders Institute and adopt them as requirements for our ministry trainees.

A Christian Leadership Institute scholarship will allow me to achieve my goals as aforementioned. Above all, taking these classes would allow me to continue to be a living testimony to Christ that He is our Jehovah-Jireh (The LORD our provider)."

Myron was ordained as a Small Group Minister in 2018!

Ministry Journey

My name is Patrick Williams currently resides in Tucson, AZ, where he is retired. In his adult life, he has always worked in a field where he was servicing the community. Served in the USAF as a Police Officer for 20 years, volunteer Firefighter, EMT for 8 years and now for the past 20 years he has been a nurse.

"I grew up in a semi-religious family but it was never a priority. Always a strong believer in GOD, but he was never in the forefront of my life. That changed around a couple years ago. I come to realize that my public service was a stepping stone to the encounters I had as a child. It was God teaching and preparing me for what I feel is His next plan for me and that is to serve our Lord in the Ministry. I feel truly blessed for every day for the gifts that He has given me and I humbly pray that my works will continue to glorify His word and His holy name.

Through Christian Leaders Institute, I have completed just another small step in my walk with Christ.  Completing the Deacon Minister Ordination opened another avenue where I completed the Ordained Commissioned Minister course.  The accomplishment of completing the course of study brings forth an increase of humbleness.  I can only pray that the Lord finds me worthy and continue to guide me through my day to day walk in Christ.  I have already witnessed how His calling in my life has changed me.  The way I approach each day, the way I speak to each and everyone I meet and most important the way in which I live my life.  As Colossians 4:6  reads, " Let your conversation be always full of grace, seasoned with salt, so that you may know how to answer everyone."
