Ministry Dream

Reneshia wrote in her CLI Profile:
My ministry dream is to reach out and save souls. I want to clear the streets of Memphis from all the violence and fill the Churches on every corner. I want to spread the goodness of Jesus Christ and lead the young people, the lost souls, and the people who are searching but don't know how to take the first step to follow Jesus

Ministry Journey

Reneshia Morgan was born and raised in Memphis, TN. The crime rate is high. Every day she would see news of innocent people and little kids being murdered, people getting robbed, young teens involved in gang activities.

She became a Christian at a young age. Her family taught her well about the Lord but she lost her way. She got pregnant at a young age. She struggled with alcohol and hung around people who meant me no good.

She gave her life to Christ at age 24. Everything changed! At the age of 28, she felt called into ministry. At 30 she felt compelled to start Christian Leaders Institute.

In 2017 she completed her ordination with the Christian Leaders Alliance. She is willing to mentor others in their ministry training and ordination process.

Ministry Journey

Robert has finished 10 credit hours and received a deacon ministry award.

Robert's Testimony: I am an older ordained Christian leader. My main ministry is focused on demonstrating God's love to the people, primarily children, of the island nation of Haiti. As founder and Principal of Love the Children, Inc. (a 501(C)(3) Florida non-profit corporation)  my work is helping rural Haitians provide their children with life's basic needs such as water, food, shelter and the hope that education can bring. While much of my time and effort is spent on satisfying physical needs, I am very deliberate in demonstrating that this work is the manifestation of the love of Jesus. We have completed an education building, named The Taryn Lynne Budd Education Resource Center,  that is connected to our school in the remote village of Larevwa, on the south shore of Haiti. It has a solar power system and a computer lab. In addition to being available to all of the children in the area, we are using it to provide educational opportunities for adults as well as the children. We are praying that God will show us an opportunity provide Pastors and aspiring Pastors an opportunity for more formal and extensive training.

Round Lake, Illinois – Flag Bearer Andrea Harris
First Name
Andrea Harris
Ministry Journey

I am Rev. Andrea Harris.

As a child, I was introduced to the church at a very young age. I became involved with church activities immediately, which I enjoyed a great deal. Besides learning about Christ, it allowed me the opportunity to discover a lot about myself, my gifts, and talents. My involvement in church and Christian activities helped me learn and grow. I began exercising gifts and talents I didn't realize I had.

I accepted Christ and was baptized at a very early age and have kept the Lord in my heart ever since.

The day I received my calling, I accepted it immediately without hesitation. The Lord has bestowed upon me the blessing of spreading His word and telling as many as I can about His goodness.

When I shared my calling experience with others, no one seemed surprised. I was told I had been doing it all along.

Ministry is very important in my life, and I do not take this blessing lightly.

Once I received my calling, I initially thought I was to minister, preach, and spread the Gospel of Christ. I have come to learn it meant so much more than just that. My journey has not been easy, as I have experienced storms in life that have only made me stronger and strengthened my relationship with God. Every storm God brought me through was a testimony to my calling and Life's Christian work as a Minister.

Through CLI, I have not only developed knowledge and skills to assist me in becoming a better and more knowledgeable Minister, but it has also taught me that my role does not have to be contained to ministering but also to Life Coaching.

While studying ministry, the Lord led me to Life Coach Ministry. Helping others has always been a passion of mine, and this ministry allows me to help other Christians with life struggles. I now realize why friends and family felt so comfortable talking to me about issues they were dealing with. I thank God for making that connection, as this is something I so strongly believe in - Christians helping other Christians to continue their walk with the Lord. What a blessing!

Life Coach Ministry not only gives me an opportunity to Minister but also to help other Christians clear their pathway in their walk with Christ.

I am currently taking classes with Christian Leaders Institute to further my walk with God in both Ministry and Life Coach Ministry as well. The Lord has continued to bless me in so many ways, and I am so grateful. I feel this is a great opportunity to learn and strengthen my knowledge of the Bible, in Christ, and my calling.

I was advised by Christian leaders who believed in me that taking classes would be beneficial for me. I prayed and asked God to help and guide me toward the school that would best benefit me.

Christian Leaders Institute is where I was led, and it has proven to be an excellent source.

I feel that ordination into the Ministry not only provides validation but also confidence in leadership to the community.

Currently, Ministering, Preaching the word of the Gospel, Baby Dedications, and Life Coach Ministry have been put in my path. To further my work in Ministry, I will continue taking additional classes, as well as Life Coach Certification with CLI. My training with CLI has truly been a blessing to me. It has provided knowledge, deeper meaning, and a clear understanding of the word of God. Let us continue to pray for each other's Ministry, and may my Life Coach Ministry bring Help, Comfort, and Strength to those in need.

My study interests: I am interested in the study of ministry, life coaching, and mentoring.

My goal is to become a licensed, ordained, commissioned, and certified Life Coach Minister as I intend to minister and help all those whom the Lord leads me to.

Hobbies: I love to encourage others through prayer, the word, and the workings of Jesus. I also enjoy cooking, baking, catering, writing Poetry, and Spoken Word.

Ministry Dream

Roy's dream is to minister to his community and to maximize his gifts for ministry. God laid on his heart this scripture from Micah 6:8, "He has shown you, O man, what is good. And what does the LORD require of you? To act justly and to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God."

Ministry Journey

Roy was born the seventh of eight children in Wilson County North Carolina and was raised by a single parent (mother) who shared her faith in God with him and my five surviving siblings. His mother would share her Christian belief with all of her children in a non-threating way regardless of her living conditions, whether on top of the mountain or down in the valley she maintained consistency in her faith-walk.

Roy's walk with God has faced many challenges. Though the grace of God he is now a parent of a college-age son. Roy was divorced many years ago, but through the grace of God, he has maintained a gracefilled relationship with the ex wife. They maintain a strong friendship/co-parenting partnership in raising their son.

Roy is employed as a youth and young adult specialist/coordinator. He assists young people with best practices regarding employment and educational pathway opportunities to enhance their personal and professional development.

Roy has been ordained as a deacon minister and serves under Rev. Walter Lucas at Faith Tabernacle Church as Associate Pastor in Worcester, Mass. Roy also serves on the board of directors of Christian Leaders Institute.

Ministry Dream

To Minister to other Christian Women Leaders! To mentor and guide others in love and truth.

Ministry Journey

Samantha Kaiba is married to Kunin Kaiba. They got married on October 31,2015. They live in Nampa, ID.

She can't really remember when she started to believe in Jesus. She knew there was something bigger and that He created her. As, she grew up she wanted to know Jesus more each day. Her mom is real go getter. Her mom showed her so much as she grew up. Her mom took, so much time out of her day, just to take Samantha to the doctors. She has a disability where, when she was small she could not walk. She only crawled at first. Which made it tough for her to get though school.

She was baptized at Christian Family Fellowship when she was sixteen years old. She was baptized a second time at Calvary in 2014.

Her husband said the Christmas after we got married. If I buy you book will you read it? She said yes. This is where her real conversion took place. She read a book called Hard to Believe by John MacArthur. This book took me back through the Bible.  She could never go back after she read that book. She was called to Ministry in high school! She was offered the job as a pre-counselor. she knew at that point it was what God wanted her to do.

The Deacon ordination helps show people that she did get the training! She does not want work for the government for counseling people. She doesn't feel that is medicine is the only want to help people. She know from having disabilities of her own that a person may not open up. She feels that having more time to help each person will allow a person to feel safe. Sometimes problems come for Satan and his demons. She wants to be able to help someone with that problem.

Samantha was ordained with Christian Leaders Alliance in 2018! She would prefer to minister only to women in a mentorship position. But she would love to mentor to women even in other places than her area!
