Ronda Thompson is an ordained minister with the Christian Leaders Alliance, whose life is a testament to God’s grace, guidance, and faithfulness. Growing up in Louisiana, Ronda first felt God’s call at age eight during a Billy Graham crusade, planting seeds of faith that later flourished through seasons of challenge and growth. Despite early struggles, including her parents’ separation and navigating young marriage that lasted over 30 years until the death of her husband, Ronda thrived in her life mission, seeking God for herself. When she lost her husband and mother within a short span, her faith was tested, but the promise to “walk by faith, not by sight” (2 Corinthians 5:7) became her anchor.
Ronda holds a BA in Communication from the University of Arizona. With over 25 years of experience in business management, leadership, and human resources, Ronda now serves as Ordination Coach and Advocate at Christian Leaders Alliance. She is also pursing pursuing a Bachelor’s in Divinity at Christian Leaders Institute (CLI), with the goal to become a minister of the Word.
