To glorify God through mentoring and encouraging fellow CLI students in Zambia
My name is Nelson Hantumbe. I founded Shekinah Hope Of Glory Ministry on January 4, 2015. I have been the Senior Pastor since that time. I am married to Mutinta Hantumbe and we have two Kids, Joy and Shekinah.
Early Life and Conversion
I am the second born of seven Children; I was born in 1987. I was raised by parents who where committed to the work of God. During my Primary School, I received Jesus Christ as my Lord and personal savior. That is the time I received the call from God to Ministry. I experienced many challenges in connection to my Christian walk and faith. One of it was the temptation to drug abuse. By the special grace of God I was able to surrender my life to Jesus Christ.
Calling to Ministry
The calling to Ministry come when I was in my Primary School. I realized the call of God in my life at Scripture Union.
Ministry Training
After I had graduated from Siavonga High School in 2009, I was trained at Church in some leadership and Ministry course's. In 2013, i enrolled to Christian Leaders Institute, where I graduated with a Diploma of Ministry, Commissioned Pastoral Diploma and many Certificates. This happened because of my loving Wife, Mutinta who have had been helping me so much to study and research more. Now I am in the Degree programme. I was Ordained in 2015.
Ministry Journey
I worked with Scripture Union in Zambia, in this Christian Organization I worked with many denominations, Schools and NGO's. I served as a Chaplain, Counselor and Peer Educator. Ever since that time, I developed the passion of doing the Work of God. Mutinta and I planted our first Church in 2015, in Mtendere East, Lusaka ,Zambia. Because of the credentials I have from CLI. In May 2019 I applied for Internship at Family Legacy Missions Zambia, an Orphanage. As a Volunteer. By the grace of God the interviews went well. I ministered the gospel to the Orphaned and Vulnerable Children.

James Harrison Nixon was born in Lagrange, Georgia in 1987. He has a beautiful wife and two daughters. James felt a call to serve the Lord for a long time in his life. James had a heart for ministry at an early age. James admits he has not always been the example of Christian values. He once lived a life of drunkenness and careless attuites to a life of selfishness. He once placed value in the world seeking money and pleasure.
Now James seeks the fullness of the Holy Spirit. And even has decided to live a life of minimalism to please God. God told James in a dream that He should carry his cross and leave the world alone.
James started CLI in 2015 at since then has completed 65 credit hours. James believes that CLI has been a blessing because of its flexibility. James desires to help bring God’s lost sheep into the fold.
Jamyme is passionate about teaching and mentoring others into a vital walk with God. She is also willing to encourage newly Called Christain Leaders to take their next step in ministry.
Jayme became a Christian many years ago while sitting in the quad at my high school. A friend walked over to her, showed her the tract called the "Four Spiritual Laws" and asked her if she knew Christ. It was there that she believed in Christ. Shortly after that, her parents became Christians and her entire family made a decision to follow Christ. Her father is now an ordained pastor and her mother went to Bible College; later becoming a hospital chaplain.
Jayme has served in many ministries over the last 20 plus years, including blogging, children's, hospitality, teaching, speaking, small groups, evangelism, and prayer. She is currently a leader in a growing women's ministry which has many facets including seminars and outreach. Her group is a marketplace group and is dedicated to sharing Christ with women and helping them find wholeness in Him. They have a burden for the underserved; especially women and children. She is passionate about seeing women come out from the bondage of substance abuse, domestic abuse, and self-abuse. She seeks to lead those set free into a life with Christ.
Jamye is ordained as a Commissioned Minister at Christian Leaders Institue. She is willing to encourage others who have been called into ministry. She desires to be a local resource to spread revival to her community.

Jeff Waldmann grew up with his grandmother taking him to church. She was a huge factor in Jeff coming to know Jesus. Eventually, Jeff began to see spiritually what His grandmother was seeing. Then, Jeff began to get more involved in the church. after high school, Jeff began to fall away from the church and began to be a part of the world. After much exhaustion, Jeff surrounded his life to the Lord. Jeff heard God’s call to preach. God began to speak to him directly through sermons and through other people. Jeff then rededicated his life to the Lord and began to get re-involved with his church.
Jeff began Christian Leaders Institute in 2017. He has completed over 28 credit hours and has an outstanding GPA. Through CLI Jeff has been able to connect with people in a way he never thought was possible. Through CLI Jeff began to minister and help others spiritually.

Johannes Petrus Janse van Rensburg (Hans, for short) is the oldest of five children and was born in a Christian family. He is happily married with three children. His family is very supportive in his ministry calling that has been with him for quite some time. In 1984, his pastor challenged him, saying that he saw a ministry calling in his life.
Hans began his ministry training in 2015. He was ordained as a commission pastor in 2017.
Hans is willing to mentor Christian Leaders Institute student in their ministry training and assist in ordination with the Christian Leaders Alliance.
As John looks around he realizes that we are in desperate need of another revival period. He is open to whatever God has for him.
CLI training has opened doors for John to serve in ways He did not think possible. He have been involved in a small church in a town near where He lives. This church was going to close it’s doors last fall when a group of churches stepped in to provide ministerial and financial support. He has been able to preach there on a monthly basis for several months, have gotten to know several new bothers and sisters in Christ. It is not completely evident what God has planned for that small church, but His timing is perfect.
John was not alway close to God. He had put God on the back burner, and when he needed help, he cried out to Him. About a decade years ago, his first wife passed away. He spent many years mad at God and drinking excessively.
His son pulled him out of the mire and re-introduced me to God. Since that time, John has rededicated his life to Him, and realize now that He is the reason He is here and can do nothing but live His life for God.
Since that time, God has blessed John with a new church family and especially a beautiful new wife. John married Barb in the summer of 2015. She is a true gift from God. Barb has walked with John every step of the way.
John is a commissioned minister at Christian Leaders Alliance and is willing to encourage others to follow God's calling.
To raise up revival leaders!
John Mutapa lives in Lusaka, Zambia. He is married, and God has blessed him with three lovely children. John is also a practicing Assistant Pastor at his local church. John became born again in 2002 after an evangelizing team from the USA visited his country. The team led John through the steps of salvation. This resulted in him accepting Jesus as Lord and Savior of his soul when he got baptized.
In 2016 John began his studies at CLI. Since then John has completed 163 credit hours and has received an associate of Divinity degree.
The CLI training program will equip him with vast knowledge for evangelizing to the world, his country, city and the community John lives in. John will be able to spread and teach the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ to the less privileged but also called by God. Through this, the great commission of Jesus Christ of having the gospel preached to the whole corners of the world will be attained.
