To pastor and help other Christian Leaders pastor others.
David Green has a wonderful wife of 8 years and two beautiful sons, being Micah (age 3) and Silas (age 1). He likes to call them my Old Testament and New Testament sons. His family resides in beautiful Central Oregon where they get to explore many avenues of outdoor adventure that the Lord has so graciously created for them to enjoy. David works full time as an Environmental Professional for the family business.
The Lord continued to bring David closer to him. David felt called to be a pastor. And he started Christian Leaders Institute in 2016. He became ordained as a commissioned pastor in 2017. He is ready and willing to mentor Christian Leaders and help them in the ordination process.
David has a desire to assist in bring a revival to the church where he is assistant pastor and to the local community. He enjoys the role of teacher and mentor, helping new persons seeking their role in ministry, providing direction and support.
David K. Lange became a Christian later in life towards the end of his 24-year career as a police officer in Southern California. David had gone through a divorce, was on medical leave from the police department due to an injury and had almost given up on life. Late one night while watching TV he began watching the 700 Club and one of the pastors talking seemed to be talking directly to him and it was then he decided to turn everything over to the Lord and accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior.
David has been involved with many Christian churches during the last twenty plus years, serving where the Lord had placed him, as an usher, trustee and deacon. Due to his background in law enforcement he always felt lead to be a protector of the flock and established security/safety ministries at churches he had attended. David also served in the Kairos Prison Ministry and as a Lay Pastor of a church plant in Mesquite Nevada.
During his ministry journey David had always felt the need to learn more and become more involved in ministry. In 2015 he began his ministry education at Christian Leaders Institute and during the pasted 3 years he has completed many courses and was ordained by Christian Leaders Alliance in 2017 as a Commissioned Minister.
During David’s career in law enforcement he enjoyed training and mentoring young police officers in their career journey. As with laws enforcement David sees a true need for strong ministry mentors, giving that guidance and support needed while persons studying for or who are already in the ministry seek their direction in Gods call.
To raise up revival leaders!
Deniese Brewer has completed 128 credit hours as a commissioned pastor and has a diploma of continuing ministry
Testimony:
My name is Deniese Brewer. I'm a wife of almost ten years to a wonderful husband that I've known since high school, a mom of three boys ages 7, 20 and 24, and three step-children—two boys and a girl—ages 10, 23 and 26. I was born in 1974 in Phoenix, Arizona, and resided most of my life between Colorado where my dad lived and my home state where my mom lives, prior to accepting salvation in Jesus Christ in 2014.
I currently live in Casa Grande, Arizona, which is a relatively small southern town near the border of Mexico ironically called "Big House" in Spanish having around 55,000 residents (mostly snowbirds and lifetime locals). I began attending Christian Leaders Institute (CLI) in September 2014 following my conversion in Christ, as I was searching for ways to engage in a seminary-based study of the Word of God and since, by this time, I had never taken the opportunity to read the Bible in full.
Thank you, Father God, for paving a way to success that would have otherwise not been available. CLI is most definitely part of His greater plan to prosper the Body of Christ. “For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”
George has a passion to bring the good news of salvation, and proclaiming the day of the Lord that is to come. He is starting an internet program to proclaim Christ to even more people
George came to know the Lord at the age of 8 with his mother during a Nicky Cruz rally in Ponce, PR back in 1974. Nicky and his father had been friends in their youth. After listening to his testimony, George felt the Lord touching his heart and he asked him to touch my mother’s heart so they could both be saved.
In the course of time, God has brought George back from a severe illness that had him basically on a hospital death bed due to complications of diabetes. He wasn’t following Him. He hadn’t answer his calling. He was running from everything he knew was right. His mother was praying for George. She had the church praying for him too. George got on his knees and prayed too. He asked the Lord to forgive my sins, to restore him. After that the doctor found how to treat him.
George was launched to a new living relationship and calling.George has completed more of the courses at Christian Leaders Institute. He is considering more studies and he is on fire to reach the lost. He is also willing to mentor others on a ministry path.

Gregory came to know the Lord through the work of His servants, but mainly through a friendship with a beautiful woman who now walks beside him as his married wife. They are called and together they do ministry.
Gregory started Christian Leaders Institute in 2015 and became an ordained commission minister in 2018. He and his wife are willing to mentor other on a ministry training journey and through the Christian Leaders Alliance ordination program.

James Harrison Nixon was born in Lagrange, Georgia in 1987. He has a beautiful wife and two daughters. James felt a call to serve the Lord for a long time in his life. James had a heart for ministry at an early age. James admits he has not always been the example of Christian values. He once lived a life of drunkenness and careless attuites to a life of selfishness. He once placed value in the world seeking money and pleasure.
Now James seeks the fullness of the Holy Spirit. And even has decided to live a life of minimalism to please God. God told James in a dream that He should carry his cross and leave the world alone.
James started CLI in 2015 at since then has completed 65 credit hours. James believes that CLI has been a blessing because of its flexibility. James desires to help bring God’s lost sheep into the fold.

Jayme became a Christian many years ago while sitting in the quad at my high school. Her father is now an ordained pastor and her mother went to Bible College; later becoming a hospital chaplain.
Jayme has served in many ministries over the last 20 plus years, including blogging, children's, hospitality, teaching, speaking, small groups, evangelism, and prayer. She is currently a leader in a growing women's ministry which has many facets including seminars and outreach. As John looks around he realizes that we are in desperate need of another revival period. He is open to whatever God has for him.
CLI training has opened doors for John to serve in ways He did not think possible. He have been involved in a small church in a town near where He lives. This church was going to close it’s doors last fall when a group of churches stepped in to provide ministerial and financial support. He has been able to preach there on a monthly basis for several months, have gotten to know several new bothers and sisters in Christ. It is not completely evident what God has planned for that small church, but His timing is perfect.
John was not alway close to God. He had put God on the back burner, and when he needed help, he cried out to Him. About a decade years ago, his first wife passed away. He spent many years mad at God and drinking excessively.
His son pulled him out of the mire and re-introduced me to God. Since that time, John has rededicated his life to Him, and realize now that He is the reason He is here and can do nothing but live His life for God.
Since that time, God has blessed John with a new church family and especially a beautiful new wife. John married Barb in the summer of 2015. She is a true gift from God. Barb has walked with John every step of the way.
John is a commissioned minister at Christian Leaders Alliance and is willing to encourage others to follow God's calling.
